Location, quiet, TVs in every room, appliances, views.
Stove light was out, frying pan was cheap, washing machine was erratic, deck cushions were dirty.

Nice little building with easy close access to the water and restaurants. Loved the included washer and dryer. Big pool.
Game rooms in the clubhouse could use a little love, they weren’t very inviting looking.
