Villa Village Idylle with pool, sauna, jacuzzy and private parking

Szczerze mówiąc, zupełnie nie rozumiem skąd wzięły się niektóre niskie oceny – my jesteśmy zachwyceni. Domek jest niezwykle zadbany oraz dobrze wyposażony. Do dyspozycji gości są fantastyczne udogodnienia: duży basen, jacuzzi i sauna. Kontakt z wynajmującym był wzorowy, zero jakichkolwiek problemów. Świetna lokalizacja. Z jednej strony jest blisko do plaży (ok. 10 minut samochodem) i do miasta (ok. 20 minut samochodem), więc wszędzie można łatwo dotrzeć, z drugiej – okolica jest bardzo cicha i spokojna, z dala od głównych, głośnych ulic. Naprawdę można tu porządnie wypocząć. Zdecydowanie polecam!

The property had a beautiful pool and view! Many gorgeous facilities, the beds were amazingly comfortable too, and the cleanliness was great. The only set back was the jacuzzi which was very dirty and we couldn’t use it for the duration of our stay.

The location. Ubers ended up costing an arm and a leg by the end and with it being a self catering service it was so difficult for us getting back and forth from the closest to the shops, Ubers cancelled on us multiple times because they don’t want to come all the way out to near where we stayed to do a journey that didn’t make them much money.

Wir waren nun zum 4. Mal in der Villa und fühlen uns dort immer wieder wohl. Die Villa ist groß und bietet genug Platz. Natürlich kann man die Villa nicht mit deutschem Standard vergleichen. Aber für kroatische Verhältnisse ist sie gut.

Was die Villa auszeichnet sind der beheizte Pool und der Jakuzi. Nur leider war die Poolheizung defekt und das Wasser im Pool schon grün. Das ist ein Zeichen dafür das da länger nichts mehr dran gemacht worden ist. Auch der Jakuzi müsste dringend mal intensiv gereinigt und desinfiziert werden. Nur das Wasser tauschen reicht da nicht. Auch die Auflagen der Poolliegen müssten dringend mal gewaschen werden. Gibt so einige Punkte die gemacht werden müssten. Warum die Dinge so Vernachlässigt werden, verstehen wir auch nicht. Das war bisher eigentlich nie ein Thema. Auf Kulanz darf man bei dem Vermieter aber auch nicht hoffen. Hier ist auf alle Fälle Nachholbedarf!!!

Beautiful countryside landscape with lots of animals like cats, dogs and chicken just walking around. Friendly community and most people spoke English really well. 30 min walk to the local grocery store and bar. This area is remote and can be hard to reach without a car. But there is a local taxi company just around the corner (Taxi Ivan). We used this local taxi many times and can highly recommend! Villa had good beds and nice and private back yard / pool area. On check out day we were allowed to stay at the villa until the afternoon without any extra cost.

First we needed to wait for the villa manager. Then the manager wanted a deposit of 300 EUR (cash), even though 200 EUR was mentioned in the confirmation email. The manager recommended a taxi service that was 2-3 times more expensive than the normal rate. This taxi driver told us there are no other taxi options in the area, even though there was a lovely taxi company right next door - with fair prices! The "heated pool" was not in fact heated, just a normal pool. Exchanging the water in the Jacuzzi would have cost 70 EUR. We did not want to pay that, so in reality the Jacuzzi was operational for 2 days (after that the water became too dirty and we were denied the option to add chlorine tablets or exchange the water ourselves). Some of the electrical outlets at the villa did not seem safe. Grass on the yard had not been cut in a long time.
