Beautiful Villa, nice facilities, but the location was a huge disappointment

The property had a beautiful pool and view! Many gorgeous facilities, the beds were amazingly comfortable too, and the cleanliness was great. The only set back was the jacuzzi which was very dirty and we couldn’t use it for the duration of our stay.

The location. Ubers ended up costing an arm and a leg by the end and with it being a self catering service it was so difficult for us getting back and forth from the closest to the shops, Ubers cancelled on us multiple times because they don’t want to come all the way out to near where we stayed to do a journey that didn’t make them much money.

Very poor

We are very dissatisfied. There are flies all over the house, the toilet seat is broken, the Jacuzzi is disgustingly dirty, to the point that there is a yellow dirt residue on it... The pool is full of leaves and bugs, the cushions on the sun loungers are dirty, there is a fungus on the cushions from the terrace, and not only on them, but also in various corners of the apartment.. My husband has asthma and the fungus is horribly bad for him. The trash is full, it hasn't been emptied. The cushions from the terrace have not even been improved after the previous tenants, and going back to the jacuzzi, not only is it terribly dirty, the water in it is simply green.... I'm sorry, this is the first time I've encountered something like this, we're not picky people and we even wanted to leave it like that, but it's an exaggeration, I'll be extremely grateful if you come and we talk face to face..

Very good

Beautiful countryside landscape with lots of animals like cats, dogs and chicken just walking around. Friendly community and most people spoke English really well. 30 min walk to the local grocery store and bar. This area is remote and can be hard to reach without a car. But there is a local taxi company just around the corner (Taxi Ivan). We used this local taxi many times and can highly recommend! Villa had good beds and nice and private back yard / pool area. On check out day we were allowed to stay at the villa until the afternoon without any extra cost.

First we needed to wait for the villa manager. Then the manager wanted a deposit of 300 EUR (cash), even though 200 EUR was mentioned in the confirmation email. The manager recommended a taxi service that was 2-3 times more expensive than the normal rate. This taxi driver told us there are no other taxi options in the area, even though there was a lovely taxi company right next door - with fair prices! The "heated pool" was not in fact heated, just a normal pool. Exchanging the water in the Jacuzzi would have cost 70 EUR. We did not want to pay that, so in reality the Jacuzzi was operational for 2 days (after that the water became too dirty and we were denied the option to add chlorine tablets or exchange the water ourselves). Some of the electrical outlets at the villa did not seem safe. Grass on the yard had not been cut in a long time.

Relaxing accommodation on the countryside

Fully equipped villa in a calm village, perfect for a relaxing holiday for two or family. Pool, Sauna and Jaccuzzi worked great for us during our two week stay. House was very clean and quite well maintained. Car is needed to reach supermarket, beach or restaurants. We would definitely come back.

Wifi didn’t work for one day during our stay but was quickly fixed by owner.

Great stay in Croatia!

Awesome big pool and hot tub, comfy sunbeds and chillout zone. Well-equipped kitchen. There wasn’t any mosquitoes because of lavender flowers. Quiet neighborhood, in the village, not so many tourists. Close to Sukošan, and Zadar. Lots of supermarkets in the area.

There were LOTS of bees because of lavender flowers. Flying around the pool, jacuzzi and sunbeds. A bit annoying, especially for people allergic to bee stings.

Casa con potencial pero MUY mal cuidada y con dueño presuntamente estadador

Me gustó que está en una zona alejada de todo, por tanto es muy tranquila, y es una pena porque la casa tiene muy buena infraestructura, una pena que esté descuidada con un dueño presuntamente estafador.

La casa estaba sucia y descuidada, con muchos mosquitos y probablemente un nido de avispas en la zona exterior. El jacuzzi no funcionaba, apenas había utensilios de cocina y la sauna estaba en malas condiciones. Además, el día del check-out, las personas de limpieza (que llegaron 5 min antes de la hora de salida) le mandaron al dueño fotos de la casa y este vía móvil (por WhatsApp) nos dijo que habíamos roto cosas y que les dejásemos 100€ en efectivo a las personas de limpieza, lo que resultó muy poco serio y dio sensación de estafa. Experiencia muy decepcionante.

Der var beskidt og slidt, det levede på ingen måde op til billederne. Der var flere stikkontakter som hang lidt ud af væggen, det kunne have været rigtig fagligt med små børn. Lyset virkede ikke flere steder, heller ikke på badeværelset, det var et problem om aftenen, især fordi kloakken var stoppet, så vi kæmpede med vand på gulvet. Brugsestangen var ødelagt, så det var svært for pigerne at vaske hår. Vaskemaskinen virkede heller ikke, så vi kunne ikke få vasket vores tøj, og håndklæder. Kun service til seks, dog kun 3 teskeer, ikke fedt når man er seks på ferie. De to liggestole ved poolen, var gået fra hinanden, Gulvet på terrassen var ødelagt, så man skulle passe på med bare fødder. Alt i alt en dårlig oplevelse.

Schöne Villa mit einigen Defiziten

Wir waren nun zum 4. Mal in der Villa und fühlen uns dort immer wieder wohl. Die Villa ist groß und bietet genug Platz. Natürlich kann man die Villa nicht mit deutschem Standard vergleichen. Aber für kroatische Verhältnisse ist sie gut.

Was die Villa auszeichnet sind der beheizte Pool und der Jakuzi. Nur leider war die Poolheizung defekt und das Wasser im Pool schon grün. Das ist ein Zeichen dafür das da länger nichts mehr dran gemacht worden ist. Auch der Jakuzi müsste dringend mal intensiv gereinigt und desinfiziert werden. Nur das Wasser tauschen reicht da nicht. Auch die Auflagen der Poolliegen müssten dringend mal gewaschen werden. Gibt so einige Punkte die gemacht werden müssten. Warum die Dinge so Vernachlässigt werden, verstehen wir auch nicht. Das war bisher eigentlich nie ein Thema. Auf Kulanz darf man bei dem Vermieter aber auch nicht hoffen. Hier ist auf alle Fälle Nachholbedarf!!!

Die Bilder in der Annonce sind völlig veraltet und entsprechen nicht der Realität!

Der Whirlpool war schmutzig und modrig. Es gab keine Sonnenliegen. Das Küchengeschirr war zu wenig, abgenutzt und teils verschmutzt. Die gesamte Anlage war ungepflegt.
