Appartement bien situé, au bord de la plage . A 2 min de la zone pietonne . A 28 min du centre de la ville . Une vue sur la mer toute la journee et un endroit calme
L assise du canape n est plus confortable , faudrait prévoir de le changer .

L’emplacement, était très proche de la mer
L’appartement se situe au 4ème étage, sans ascenseur non notifié. Le canapé n’est pas confortable (on sent les lattes), le sol de la chambre est très sale (tâches de colle à carrelage rester sur les carreaux, non nettoyer), tout a été fait rapidement (peinture sur les portemanteaux, peinture sur le sol dans les toilettes…)
