Sembrare immersi nella natura, con un bel terrazzo e parecchio silenzio (a parte il gallo !)

Il bagno troppo piccolo e la doccia in cui usciva acqua perche lo scarico funzionava poco.

Superbe emplacement et très calme

Locatie ligt heel rustig en aan een strandje. De verzorgin was echt supervriendelijk en helemaal top. Steeds werd gevraagd of we niets tekort kwamen, of alles in orde was etc.

The property is quite well described in the review made by Nataly on 9.09.2019. Unfortunately the owner attitude and the house's problems worsened in the two years that passed between that review and my stay. This review is made only for the two rooms apartment from the ground floor of the villa. Don't get me wrong, the property comes with a tempting price, but at least you will know what you receive for the money you pay. Honestly, I don't understand how some of the tenants gave a 10 grade for this apartment. I consider that our reviews should reflect the reality. Only this way it is possible to make the best choice.

- The apartment was extremely dirty when we check-ed in, although the owner which was present was saying that they just finished cleaning. We found woman long hair on the "fresh" bed linen on both of the single beds. Under the beds there was not cleaned. We also found human hair into the fridge (the cleaner probably used the same cloth that was used for other surfaces). After the owner left we decided to clean all the apartment again by ourselves. - We stayed 11 nights. In this period the owner did not offered clean bed linens for change and only one change of towels that I explicitly required. - The bathroom is very poorly done (I think that walls and pavement are simply painted) and the paint seems dirty no matter how you clean it. The shower surface is so small that you when you was yourself you have to stay over the toilet. This gets wet and... everything gets wet. The window don't allow also a proper ventilation. We decided to use only the outside shower. It was nice to have the nearby neighbors trying to get a glimpse :). - The kitchen has functional fridge and cooking machine. Also it has very old furniture sticked in some way to the walls and its back it is probably mildew (molded) and it stinks in a horrible way. It is a pity, because you can feel this smell in all the apartment... The only possible way to stay was to keep always the kitchen door closed. Before using the kitchen we always opened both windows. - The parking was in the yard but because there was no grass, going and returning with the car was raising a lot of dust. - The garden and the olive and lemon orchard were quite neglected. Now, with the correct attitude of the owner, probably the cleaning will be made proper and most likely the smell from the kitchen will disappear (probably together with the old furniture). The shower part, that it is most likely to stay as it is.
