About this villa rental
Excellent 2 level property in a very quiet neighborhood. The ample living room, and dining room with open concept well equipped kitchen, look out to the large terrace and BBQ area. A small open office corner looks out to the pool. Stylish decorations by a well known interior decorator make this house a charming modern vacation home.
There are 2 bedrooms in the main house on the second floor, one has a king bed, the other one has 2 double beds. The 3rd bedroom is an adjacent guest suite with private access . All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with shower, flat screen TV and ceiling fans.
House is fully screened.
There are 2 bedrooms in the main house on the second floor, both with en suite bathrooms and terraces. An additional bedroom suite with en suite bathroom is located in the guesthouse that has a separate entrance.
Great porch with sitting and dining area. Private pool and jacuzzi in a very nicely landscaped garden.
Carport for 2 cars and additional off road parking spaces.
For the full use of its facilities, Casa de Campo charges a resort registration fee :
• US$30.00 per adult, per night (adults: 13 years and older)
• US$15.00 per child, per night (children: 4 to 12 years old)
• Complimentary for children under 4 years old
Each registered visitor will receive a personalized identification card granting access to the resort and its facilities, as well as to the Villa Concierge Service for assistance with booking activities at the following outlets:
• Resort restaurants and bars
• Equestrian Center
• Shooting Center
• Racquet Center
• Golf courses (advance tee time reservation required; applicable rates apply)
• Gym/Fitness Center (preferential rates for owners)
• The Spa at Casa de Campo
• Use of towels and lounge chairs at the main hotel pool and Minitas Beach
The registration fee applies to all stays of less than 30 consecutive days. Stays meeting or exceeding 30 uninterrupted days are exempt from this fee.

Inge was excellent to work with. Not only did she respond quickly to questions about the accommodation, she helped with airport transportation, golf cart rental, restaurant recommendations and more. First class!!

Second time staying at this villa and it was even better than first time. The host Inge made sure everything was smooth and easy, while the maid/cook Meilin was amazing and attentive. The villa is beautifully decorated and the beds are comfortable. Will definitely be back for a third time!

The other reviews accurately sum up what a nice place this is. Both Inge Malilen go out of there way to help, as eveyone noted. The only thing i would add is that the place in real life is even better than in the pictues.

Twice we have had the pleasure of staying in this comfortable and beautifully decorated villa. Perfect place for adults and teens. All rooms are generous in size with air conditioning and great lighting. It has been my experience that many CDC homes have poor lighting. There is a magnificent second floor terrace that connects to two bedrooms that is great for quiet lounging or for teens to escape. Downstairs you have another Mykonos styled pool terrace and lounge area designed for relaxation and al fresco meals. Delicious breakfast is prepared by Isabel the maid which greets you every morning with a smile. The house is centrally located and a 3 min golf cart ride to the beach. A slice of paradise....
