Communication with the host was with whatsapp and very easy. Access via key locker. Parking lot available. Storage facility for two ebikes within the flat. Washing machine, Dishwasher, Cosy small flat

A perfect experience.
Very comfortable place for 2 people. The apartment was well equipped and should you choose to eat there rather than in restaurants the kitchen was well equipped. The place was very clean and in a quiet location so you'll sleep great at night. The Alp-Adria bike road is literally in front of the apartment which is excellent for the visitors with bikes as they can cycle (or walk taking this road) to Tarvisio (2km) or simply go both directions and explore incredible landscapes from the bike. A large supermarket is a walking distance from the apartment (5 minutes walk). If you like walking it is not far from various restaurants (these restaurants are 5-10 minutes by car). The communication with the host was super smooth and easy and so were the check-in instructions. I will be happy to stay here whenever I am back to this part of Italy.
Nothing I can think of. I personally prefer more day light in the apartment which wasn't the case here but this is not a criticism or suggestion for improvement because if you choose your accommodation carefully, you know what to expect. Just calling this out as this could be a very important aspect for some visitors.

Posizione veramente buona, supermercato a 2 minuti di macchina. Vicino alla strada principale ma abbastanza lontano da non sentirne i rumori. Molto caldo e accogliente. Perfetto il sistema delle chiavi, proprietario disponibile e per nulla invadente.
