We welcomed the peacefulness of the house and surrounding area, with its historic charm and well-appointed, comfortable bedrooms, living areas, and kitchen facilities. It’s a generously supplied rental home. Some antique , fine china, a few Art Deco glasses, paintings, maps of Squam Lake, numerous books and guides, an outdoor sitting area under the trees, and fantastic laundry facilities supported our busy group!

Had a blast!! Location was central to just about everywhere we wanted to go. Restaurants, shops, antiques, etc... from a few minutes away to long rides. We loved the quirkiness of the house. Definitely fits the description. Lots of room. The playroom was a huge hit with the grandkids. (We liked it, too! lol) Large yard was a plus. The location was perfect for walks. I could go on & on. We really liked the property. The host (Brendan) was easy to contact. Always responded. Very pleasant. If we head back this way next year, would definitely stay again.
