About this apartment rental
Although just one building back from the beach, you'll feel like you're right on the ocean as you relax on your private deck with ocean breezes and beach views. Beach access is just steps away, and there's an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand when you return.
Each of the three condos in the building occupies its own full floor. Unit 3 is the top level, Unit 2 is the middle, and Unit 1 is on 1st floor. An elevator opens directly into each unit for easy access. Covered parking is available for up to three vehicles.
Inside, the spacious layout features three bedrooms: the primary bedroom offers a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen, and the third bedroom includes two twin beds—perfect for families or groups.
The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the living area and includes a breakfast bar, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and all cookware and utensils needed for meals at home. The property also features high-speed Wi-Fi and smart TV's for your convenience.
A long-time favorite for families and friends, this condo offers comfort, convenience, and a true beachside experience.
Stays longer then 30 days, October - March, there is additional cleaning fee. Please inquire for details on pricing.
Note: Due to recent beach erosion, direct beach access in front of property is temporarily closed. However, you're just a short walk to an easy access point, and you'll still enjoy beautiful, unobstructed views of the ocean right from the property.

Beautiful views, accommodations were great for our family of 7. Mostly rain while staying but the views from the patio still made the trip worth wild. Everything is convenient to walking (pier, grocery store, convenient store, liquor store, ice cream, restaurants etc). Downtown Savannah was my favorite to walk along the boardwalk and visit all the little shops and eateries. Accomodations had pots, pans, silverware plates, cups.Property was safe, well lite, nice little vibe. We did have a small issue with a few pest, that would come out at night. We purchased spray and that was taken care of. We stayed 4 days. A must to take the little ones is the Outlanders Wildlife nature trail, about 15-20 mins away by car. Lots to see owls, cougars, wolfs, eagles etc. All about nature. For our group of 6 we paid 21.00 My group enjoyed it. My teenager's were able to enjoy the beach by themselves as we sat on the patio. I'm sure that if you book you will enjoy your stay.

Location and elevator were great- someone needs toClean this unit better and get rid of the roaches-I liked the layout- , cute place- washer and dryer struggle they are so old. The view was great and easy parking. I only stayed 3 nights so I didn’t use the kitchen- if I had stayed a week and used the kitchen there were things it needed. Needs new sheets- they were clean but stained . The hall shower is a nightmare to turn on but the master shower is a dream. The door to the master and the restroom door were irritating- awkward layout- … the patio was great for ocean gazing

The view was amazing and the condo was lovely. Like watching the barges come in. As stated in the reviews you do hear the other residents so they probably heard our little ones as well getting some energy out because of the rainy weekend. Really enjoyed the Pirate parade and festival.

Pros - condo is spacious and nicely laid out, elevator and parking is nice, location is goodCons - bathrooms and kitchens weren’t as clean as they could have been when we arrived, sheets were stained, condo was very, very noisy from neighbors above and below as well as the road We enjoyed Tybee and would return but would probably look to stay elsewhere
