CONDITION: This fully-renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths. hardwood floors, beds (if visiting with kids make sure they are not jumping on the bed ), mattresses, showers, toilet. A perfect house for visitors from out of town, with plenty parking for cars.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Three bedrooms with queen beds sleep 6 SOFA IN LIVING ROOM SLEEP 1 , TOTAL FOR 7 PEOPLE .Each ready with new sheets.
TELEVISION,: has a brand new " TV with Comcast cable, channels TV in living room.
KITCHEN: Brand new everything! , oven not working the burners are working , microwave, toaster, coffee pot, kitchenware.
also has big frig .
Big dining room can accommodate 8 people .
LAUNDRY: Brand new washer & dryer, iron and ironing board.
BUSINESS: WIFI AVAILABLE
PETS: Pets are welcome! no dogs ! with a big backyard. Please be aware there is no fence.

2. TRUST-WE TRUST YOU WITH OUR HOME AND BELONGINGS. LATELY, GUESTS ARE “MISTAKENLY” TAKING OUR BELONGINGS AND WE’RE MISSING LOTS OF STUFF. PLEASE TREAT OUR HOME WITH THE SAME RESPECT YOU TREAT YOURS.

(cleaning dogs' hair is a nightmare)

there is a small house in back it is for a new vrbo/airbnb unit.
DRIVE WAY- please do not block the drive way ,park on the gravel on the side.
LOCATION- Huge Stonecrest Mall is a minute away. You can walk. It has shopping, clothing stores, restaurants, movies, 35,000 square foot arcade with karaoke. Cleaners, grocery store, drug store, fishing, golf, hiking, horses are all here for you.
Our house is literally across the street from the famous Arabian Park Trail, the 12-mile trail that starts at the house and goes all the way through Panola Park to Stone Mountain Park.
Lots of festivals 10 minutes away at the Georgia International Horse Park.
Easy drive to everywhere - You are 25 miles from Hartsfield Int'l Airport, Buckhead, Atlanta.

I love hosting guests! I make it easy for you to arrive and settle in. There are no keys - You call ahead, and I give you a code to unlock the front door. My phone number is in the house and feel free to call if you need something.

Moti was extremely helpful and timely in response to any questions or request. The property is in an Ivan area but offers just enough seclusion for a peaceful stay. It was very well equipped as well. Would most certainly stay again.

Have stay here twice and bought times were excellent everything was on point property manager always responded to our text in less than 5mins I recommend this property for that family that wonna getaway.

I would refer this house to any family the host was very generous the house was very clean and comfortable which made us feel at home it had everything we needed it was easy to locate and easy to enter and very detailed in connection with the wifi. Me an my family loved this house never felt so comfortable staying away from home. We also felt very safe in a new environment. My kids was able to play on the porch without any complaints. THE COZY HOUSE is a perfect name for it. If I could have gave it ten stars it really deserved it.Thank You MOTi 😊💓☺

Someone stayed in the back of the house in the garage that looks like a live in space that made me a little comfortable. It is a three bedroom house and there is only two TVs one in the living room and one in one of the rooms. They left 4garbage bags for me for seven day. Some of the things that are in the photos are not in the house on the photo I seen two couches in the living room there’s only one and it’s a let out couch. There are no screens in the windows for you to let them up.
