About this apartment rental

Very quiet townhouse. Located in a perfect spot to spend holidays. Walking distance to Golf and tennis courts. There are TVs in living and master bedrooms with upgraded TV channel package. Fully equipped kitchen. There is a washer /dryer in the unit. Plenty of parking right in front of the condo. Linen and towels provided. Only 10-minutes' drive to the ocean. Very convenient location for food shopping and others.

We felt at home in this comfortable, well furnished well equipped condo, where we stayed for 2 months. Phil is friendly and responsive. The area is safe and superb for walking, and it has the only 'really good park' we've found in Boca and Deerfield Beach. The only caveat is that for long term stays one bedroom doesn't have much wifi and you'll have to work with yours and the local post office for timely mail delivery should you need it, though Amazon delivery worked fine.

Every thing was as presented. It was a nice stay

The place on the outside looks run down but the inside is nicer than expected. There have been updates made to the inside. Everything worked well and I had a great experience besides the bugs. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom sink area and I found fleas across the apartment (which the landlord said were just ants…). Nevertheless, they sent out an exterminator quickly and resolved the issue. The landlords are extremely attentive and responsive and live close to the property which is nice.
