About this villa rental
Completely renovated recently, this elegant villa offers an idyllic setting for a dream vacation.
The ground floor consists of a spacious entrance hall leading to the living / dining room, a kitchen, a staircase giving access to the bedrooms and a separate bathroom.
Nicely furnished, the living room overlooks the green garden.
The living room has a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for one person.
Dimensions of the sofa bed in sleeping mode: 140 X 190 cm.
In the living room you can play a board game, listen to music or watch a DVD on the flat-screen TV.
The free WIFI Internet connection works in all rooms of the house as well as in the garden and on the terrace.
The house has air conditioning, electric radiators and a washer / dryer.
Fully equipped, the kitchen opens onto the garden and the terrace.
It includes an induction hob with 4 burners, a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a pantry.
Enjoy your meals around the table installed in the kitchen, in the elegant dining room or outside, on the terrace, which is surrounded by vegetation and can accommodate 8 guests.
A shower in the garden will allow you to cool off or wash your children outdoors.
The staircase is secure, for an ideal family holiday with young children.
Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with a double bed (140 X 190 cm) and 2 bedrooms with a single bed (90 X 190 cm).
All four have plenty of storage space.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.

The villa is just 200 meters from a tram stop, which provides links to Montpellier city center.
Pizzerias and snacks are 500 meters away.
The nearest supermarket is 1 km away, while the warm waters of the Mediterranean Sea and a beautiful golf course are a 15-minute drive from the villa.
A busy road runs along the garden of the house and you can park in front of the house.
You can park a small vehicle, Renault CLIO style, in the private parking space inside the house.
Parking on our street and on all streets near the Villa is free.
You can easily park your vehicles there safely.

Schöne Unterkunft mit guter Lager an Autobahn und Öffentlichen Verkehrsnetz für unseren Familienurlaub. Unterkunft bot alles was gebraucht wird, war sauber und ordentlich. Kontakt vor Ort sehr freundlich und nett. Gerne wieder.

We were very happy with our stay at the Villa Cassin. Everything was clean and the way we had imagined it. The staff was very friendly.
The only thing that could be improved would be to mow the lawn so it can be used and we would have liked some patio cushions.

My family and I had a very pleasent time staying here. The house is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Additionally the rear garden provided a very pleasant location for dinner on numerous occasions. The location of the house is great too. Youre only a 2 minute walk from the tram station and, once on board, its only about 10 minutes to the heart of Montpellier. The local shops are really useful and theres a small but functional supermarket a 10 minute walk away. We would happily return here if we stayed in Montpellier again.
