About this apartment rental
Large family apartment of 220m², sleeps 16, completely renovated in 2013.
At the foot of the ski slopes and the resort Arc 1800, one of the largest ski resorts in France, 200m walk from shops. You can enjoy the summer many activities such as swimming pool, golf, tennis, climbing, tree climbing, mountain biking, paragliding, canyoning, rafting, quad, etc.
The apartment is composed of 5 bedrooms, including:
- 3 adult rooms with double bed (3 times 2 beds), each with a private bathroom and ensuite, with basin and walk-in shower.
- 1 bedroom with two double bunk beds (sleeps 4 adults, teenagers or children), next to which is a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
- a children's room with two bunk beds and a pull-out bed (sleeps 5), next to which is a bathroom with bath and basin.
And an independent game room, which includes a sofa bed (sleeps 2) and a TV.
Beyond sleeping, the apartment has a beautiful living room of over 100m², overlooking the valley, the resort of La Plagne, the sunset, which includes:
- an equipped American kitchen, dishwasher and all the necessary equipment
- TV area with sofa and small armchairs
- a dining room with table for 16 people
- living room with sofa and several armchairs
This set opens onto a large terrace, which adjoins the swimming pool of the residence.
The entrance, at the street level, includes an independent ski room, a heating cabinet for 20 pairs of shoes, a suspended storage rack for skis, which leads through a staircase to a large hall with many coat doors.
Finally two covered car parks are available in the residence, accessible by a staircase (one floor).
