Large Basque villa with modern interior, very spacious, very quiet area (dead end), breathtaking views and no vis-à-vis mountains, large garden of 3500 m² overlooking fields and forests with terraces facing south and east. Many facilities: deckchairs, table and garden furniture, trampoline, ping-pong table, plancha and barbecue.
On the ground floor, bedroom with 160 bed and en-suite shower room (washbasin, WC and walk-in shower), laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, separate WC and large open space lounge / dining room /cooked.
In the living room large modern fireplace, flat screen TV, DVD player, and Wifi Internet connection. Dining room with large table for 12 people. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, hob 4 burners, oven.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances dans cette propriété belle, calme et reposante. La vue est magnifique.
Elle est idéalement située pour visiter le pays basque proche de Biarritz, Saint Jean Luz, Bayonne et de sites touristiques incontournables, ainsi que de l'océan et de nombreuses plages et rapides d'accès.
Notre hôte est très gentil, serviable et disponible en cas de problème !
La maison était très propre et la literie est confortable. Rien à redire !
En 1 mot : PARFAIT !
Et si on doit revenir dans cette belle région nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dans cette maison.

Location bien située, très calme avec vue magnifique sur les Pyrénées. Propriétaire charmant et très à l'écoute pour toute question ou information.

Lieu verdoyant excellemment entretenu avec vue sur les montagnes proches. Vastes extérieurs équipés de divers jeux appréciés par les enfants; toutefois table en terrasse nettement trop petite pour 10 personnes. Pièces spacieuses, elles aussi bien équipées à quelques détails près (par exemple matériel pour le ménage peu performant). Bien dans l'ensemble !

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Olivier ! La maison est spacieuse, avec une vue incroyable sur les montagnes. Guethary à quelques minutes a un charme fou ! Mention spéciale pour les nombreux livres et bds à dispo. Coup de cœur pour olivier qui a été un hôte réactif, prévoyant et très agréable. Et quel coucher de soleil !! :0)
