Our high quality holiday home has a living area of 70 m² and is located on a 1400 m² fully fenced plot. It is located in a quiet residential area between pine and cypress trees on the outskirts of Salles d'Aude.
The holiday home is next to a privately used house.
The nearest sandy, kilometer-long beach is just 7 km, easy to reach by car or bike between the Aude and the la Clape. Bakers, fruits and. Grocery store and large well-stocked Supermarche are in place. The house measures 70 m², has 2 spacious bedrooms and can accommodate 5 people. High-quality mattresses were particularly important.
Natural stone tiled shower room with toilet. Fully equipped kitchen, gr. Fridge, kl. Refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, stylishly furnished dining room for 6 people.
Comfortable, graceful living room with access to the large south facing terrace. Terrace with barbecue, awning, deck chairs, table and chairs for 6 people. You enjoy a wonderful view over the natural landscape.

Really nice house, with attention to details and with everything you need in there. Only thing missing: airco for the hot summer days, but we managed with 2 ventilators.
Location is very quite and peaceful, but not very close to the touristic parts: about 15-20 min to the closest beach and restaurants.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacance en famille dans cette superbe région. La maison est bien appropriée pour 5 personnes et les propriétaires très sympathique et avenant. Propriété avec jardin très bien entretenue et sécurisée, intérieur simple mais fonctionnel.

Il est rare de trouver une maison de vacances si bien conçue, si bien équipée et si bien entretenue. Tout est de qualité et il ne manque rien. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Merci à Manfred et Marlies, nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
