About this house rental

Spacious three bedroom recently renovated ranch with large yard! Gas grill and patio table provided. Wonderful area for walks and bike riding. Close to URI Bay Campus. Located off of Boston Neck Road. Walking distance to Roch's Fresh Market, Dunkin Donuts and Walgreen’s Pharmacy. 20 minute drive to Kingston Amtrak Station. 20 minute drive to Newport. 15 minute drive to Wickford T station. 10 minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach. 25 minute drive to TF Green Airport.

Mark and Ginny were excellent hosts for our stay at their beautiful beach house. The house was very clean and spacious. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a personalized welcome letter and basket of treats. They let us use their yard furniture and grill and also their beach chairs and umbrella which was very convenient. The house was conveniently located on a quiet street yet very close to restaurants, a coffee shop, a gas station and of course the beaches. Overall, our experience was just what we hoped for, fun and relaxing. I would highly recommend Mark and Ginny’s home to future guests. Lori
