Tudo é muito bem cuidado.
É bastante ampla, super arejada e acomoda muito bem todas as pessoas.
O condomínio também é bastante seguro e organizado.

A escolha foi perfeita pois a casa é exatamente o que esta no anúncio, o condomínio muito tranquilo e a segurança total.
o Sr. Luiz (proprietário )foi muito prestativo e agradeço muito, pois passamos o réveillon super tranquilo e como muita alegria foi uma semana maravilhosa que toda minha família passou na casa do Sr. Luiz , mais uma vez obrigada por tudo .

O imóvel é exatamente o que vimos nas fotos. Excelente espaço, imóvel conservadíssimo, com aspecto de novo, bem arejada e iluminada. Boa vizinhança e condomínio seguro, limpo e tranquilo. Todos os quartos com lenços limpos, todos os banheiros com chuveiro elétrico, toda iluminada. O proprietário é gentil e se pôs de pronto para atender a qualquer solicitação e bastante prestativo. Nossa família e amigos ficaram bastante satisfeitos com o imóvel e pretendemos retornar no verão. Indico com todas as letras. Parabéns pelo imóvel !
