About this apartment rental
The Stroblhof is a typical agricultural family business for the region - but has much more to offer. Because in addition to livestock, family Mayr dedicated many years with a lot of heart and dedication your holiday guests.
The farm has been owned by the family for generations, and for Johann and Maria Mayr, modernization and development is just as important a cornerstone in the management of the Stroblhof, as is the preservation of national and family traditions. Thus the offer for the guests is continuously extended and improved.
Whether young or old, families or couples - it's easy to experience a great time here. Have fun at the Stroblhof!
The apartment is about 35 square meters and has a living room / bedroom with complete kitchenette, dining area and a double bed and a 3. Bed (folding bed). TV, W-LAN,
- a bedroom with double bed
an additional wall bed for possibly a 3 pers.
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a kitchenette with dishwasher and oven, as well as a dining area
TV and WLan connection
The main season is during the Pentecost holidays, summer holidays, autumn holidays and Christmas holidays of the respective federal states.
The mid season is during the carnival and Easter holidays of the respective federal states. In addition, the mid season is May, June and September but outside holiday periods. Low season are all times not mentioned. For short stays of less than 3 days, the high season price will be charged. For a stay shorter than 7 days, a short-term fee of 40 € will be added.
All rental prices (incl. VAT) are per day and occupancy with a maximum of 2 adults including energy costs. For each additional person (including children) the daily rent increases by 8 EUR for children, for adults 15 EUR.
Arrival from 15 clock, departure until 10 clock.
