Enjoy scenic hikes on all-terrain trails, charming historic downtowns, waterfalls, and breathtaking views at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Munising—just 20 minutes away. For a change of pace, the vibrant city of Marquette is an easy 40-minute drive, offering shopping, dining, and nightlife.

The cabin is well-suited for couples, families, and friends. Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen with cookware, utensils, serving dishes, glassware, stove, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, and ample space to prepare meals together. The cabin is fully furnished and includes electricity, heat, running water, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. With four beds, the space comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. All bedding and bath linens are provided for your convenience.
The outdoor space is just as inviting, featuring a large deck, charcoal grill, lakeside bonfire pit, and expansive front and back yards—perfect for yard games and outdoor fun. We are dog friendly and located on dirt roads, adding to the authentic Up North cabin experience.

Everything was as listed. It is a cozy cabin, away from everything. Just peace and quiet.

My review is mixed. I enjoyed my stay, the location is beautiful and peaceful, but the cabin has a number of construction issues that need to be addressed. The positives: aesthetically pleasing cabin, kayaks and lake are great, layout accommodated our group. The negatives: outlets are loose (i.e., junction boxes not properly attached), stair risers are different heights presenting a safety hazard when climbing to the loft, kitchen faucet is loose, smoke detector not properly installed, switches in unintuitive locations, unfinished wood trim in bathroom presents a growth spot for mold (discoloration has started in corners). Overall we enjoyed the stay but found these issues frustrating.
