This cute quaint spacious lake house was our perfect haven for our winter vacation. The view of the sunset is incredible & the view of the sunrise perfection. Connie was wonderful & made our check in process easy, she was also very kind & patient with all the questions & concerns we had during our stay. It’s conveniently located to the shops, restaurants, brewery, coffee shops & only a few minutes drive from the ski resort & a 20 minutes drive to Mammoth Mountains. It’s safe, the home is spacious & made our stay even more enjoyable.

Beautiful lake view aside property was charmingly rustic, clean and well stocked w everything a family would need. Check in process was a breeze. The property is in the best possible location. 2 min drive to the ski resort and literally steps away from the town village and its few but surprisingly great eateries.

The condo has an amazing view of the lake and is so close to walk to the general store and restaurants. You cannot walk to the lake shore from the condo- it’s marsh area so had to either rent a boat or walk a ways to find a fishing spot. It is so close to the marina you if you want to rent a boat. The condo is very well stocked with kitchen supplies. The two sofas pull out into beds and then the beds in the room are very soft and comfortable. The hard part is the bedrooms are below the main living quarters so if you don’t go to bed all at the same time or you have early birds; it’s is insanely loud as people walk around! Proactive Communication from renters was really poor however whenever I reached out they were very nice and helpful. The grill needs a really good cleaning, there is so much build up it flames up a lot but so great they provide it along with the propane and food for the fire place. This was a great little condo for a weekend getaway.

Great place to stay in June lake. Walking distance to everything in town. Two parking spots, one in garage and another in the lot. Clean, had everything we needed. If you are going in winter, I would recommend space heaters for the downstairs bedrooms. They do not heat like the upstairs. But overall, it was great!
