This beach house accommodates 14 guests, offering both a place to call home and pristine beaches about a 2-minute walk away. Our property comes with a “street legal” 2025 6-passenger Golf Cart!!

The living room includes plush furniture and a flat-screen cable TV. For a little fresh air, there is plenty of outdoor seating and porches with a natural gas grill ready for barbecuing!

Destin is one of south Okaloosa County's distinct beach neighborhoods known for turquoise ocean water, soft white sand beaches, and luxury beach houses such as this one!
Beyond the beach, there is upscale dining, shopping, art galleries and so much more to discover. Take the kids out for ice cream at Cups and Cones just .2 miles away, for a romantic dinner stop by Beach Walk Café, just a 2-minute car ride away, or for a great seafood dinner overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, head over to the Back Porch Restaurant, just a 7-minute car ride away.
Head over to the Destin Commons Shopping Mall, less than .5 miles away, to discover some of the best shopping and entertainment for the entire family to enjoy.

We had a great week at this home. It was very clean and well maintained. The backyard was very private and perfect for relaxing after time at the beach. We loved the golf cart as an added feature. Made getting to the beach so easy We did have issues with the internet but the host was very receptive and had someone out to look at it quickly. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool heating is bad. Just can't set a temp and leave it. Property needs a fair amount of minor repairs. I believe a premium property with a premium price should be complete e.g. toilet paper, trash bags, more towels, etc. People paying this much would not mind paying 5-10 more for little things they should not have to deal with.

House was beautiful. Loved the private pool and backyard. Great area for families! Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owner was great! Overall 10/10 experience!

Our stay was great! The host was very responsive and provided a lot of extra details for our stay. The living room area was perfect for our group and the poolside area was comfy and welcoming. Short walk to beach and golf cart was great for short trips to nearby areas. Would recommend for big families.
