The house has independent reversible air conditioning. There are also independent electric blinds for each room
Large wooded, flowered and fenced garden of 20,000 M2 including a large very beautiful 8x4 inground swimming pool accompanied by 230m2 of imitation wood, teak beach. Superb space to relax in the sun on one of the deckchairs or play ball and rackets by the water. Presence of a plancha barbecue and a large table for lunch outside in the sun or in the shade. Large petanque court and 120m2 of artificial grass, ideal for children
