Two-storey villa with garden, beautifully furnished. Located exactly on the only sandy beach of the seaside village of Marzamemi, just 5 minutes on foot or by bike from the center, where patrons taste the typical local fish dishes or for breakfast the renowned Sicilian granita served in the center of the square, from years of the Cinema of Frontier living room.
Just a few kilometers from the natural reserve of Vendicari where the pink flamingos flutter undisturbed and enjoy the wonders of nature in a crystal clear sea and just 7 km from the island of Capopassero, the romantic Tonnara in disuse and the beaches of Carratois and Isola delle Correnti of indisputable beauty .........
The extraordinary and priceless position of the villa that offers, as well as an enviable privacy, the only comfort of taking a bath at dawn just awake, just crossing the road, makes the holiday simply unique. The house is equipped with bikes to reach the nearby nature reserve, with the possibility to rent the boat at the nearby marina to explore the wonders of this uncontaminated coast and dive into the waters teeming with various fishes .....

Casa stupenda arredata con stile molto confortevole letti comodi a 100 metri da un mare meraviglioso e a 500 metri del centro di Marzamemi proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile.

La casa è bellissima e arredata con tutti confort in stile moderno e personale, davvero accogliente. Basta attraversare la strada per essere in spiaggia e in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva nel centro di Marzamemi, quindi la posizione è IDEALE (ci sono inoltre due biciclette in dotazione). Lo spazio esterno è come una seconda casa: un grande tavolo da pranzo e un vero e proprio salotto in vimini con divani, poltrone e cuscini, ideale per aperitivi e dopocena a godersi le chiacchiere e il fresco della sera. Il giardino è appartato e attrezzato con lettini, ombrellone, docce esterne e barbecue.
L'accoglienza di Maria Antonietta è andata oltre ogni nostra aspettativa: frigorifero pieno di bibite, acqua, birra, frutta fresca e, nel freezer, un pensiero speciale per i nostri bambini: piccoli coni gelato artigianali ricoperti di cioccolato, DELIZIOSI!!
La casa era pulitissima, c'erano asciugamani in abbondanza e anche i teli mare a disposizione. Letti comodi. Insomma, UNA VACANZA DA SOGNO!! Speriamo di tornare presto

La casa è bellissima e curata nei dettagli. A pochi metro dalla spiaggia di Marzamemi e pochi chilometri da altre incantevoli spiagge, come la riserva naturale di Vendicari. Torneremo
