About this house rental
Typical Monferrato farmhouse, made available to guests. The rustic environments are arranged on two levels, with the living area on the ground floor and the sleeping area, including the bathroom, on the upper floor. The farmhouse is independent and has large green areas for private use; Ideal for families with children. Starting point to visit Ozzano Monferrato, T.I.I. orange flag, and the area populated by the typical "infernot" Unesco heritage since 2014.
The area is also full of places where you can taste the typical Piedmont cuisine, accompanied by delicious local wines and various seasonal culinary delicacies, including the truffle, to which numerous local fairs are dedicated.

Old, but fully renovated country house with lots of character and spacious enough for 6 people. Ideal location to visit the Monferrata region (Asti, Alba...), but also Torino or Milano.
Cinzia is a super welcoming host and can give you lots op tips to visit, eat or drink (Piemontese wine...) :-)

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schnelle und unkomplizierte Einweisung, Preis für Angebot sehr günstig.
Liegt leider nah an einer Strasse, die allerdings sehr klein ist und nur morgens und abends ( Berufsverkehr) für jeweils eine ca halbe Stunde befahren ist.
Ferienhaus unbedingt empfehlenswert!

Cascina ben ristrutturata con ampi spazi vivibili. La proprietaria è superdisponibile e attenta in tutto. Purtroppo non ero lì per piacere e non ho potuto vedere tutta la bellezza dei luoghi.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille avec nos 3 enfants. Cinzia est très gentille et disponible, elle nous a donné plein de conseils sur la région. La maison est très agréable. Nous recommandons vivement cette location.
