Atendimento imediato.
Tivemos o azar de em nossa estadia alguns pontos falharem: a água acabava, o piso não esquentou, a internet caía, a lareira acendeu, mas não esquentou. Pelo valor, esperava mais. Para chegar na pousada, é estrada de terra.

O chalé é maravilhoso!!! De todos os lugares que ficamos hospedados em Monte Verde (+ 10 vezes) esse foi o melhor. Tudo muito limpo e extremamente confortável! Cama boa (seria a minha única sugestão, ter uma cama King size), banheiro com 2 chuveiros muito bons, 2 cubas, parte do vaso sanitário separado e com porta, ducha higiênica, tudo muito novo e de muito bom gosto! Café da manhã delicioso, servido na sacada! Nós amamos tudo!! Paulinho foi maravilhoso com a gente e muito receptivo!
