This was our first time glamping and it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment you arrive it is total relaxation. The site is beautiful, in a meadow surrounded by nature and two lakes. But just a few minutes walk away is a pub serving lovely food and a train station taking you to Chester in just 11 minutes. The host Sarah is so friendly and helpful. We ordered the breakfast and bbq pack, food locally sourced and was delicious. The little finishing touches such as a checked tablecloth made it even more enjoyable. We even got marshmallows to toast in the firepit. The toilets and showers were spotless, but bring a torch for any night-time visits! The bed, pillows and duvet were so comfortable and toasty warm. Little nightlights are in the tent and they even provide an eye mask and earplugs.
