La villa nel complesso e' eccezionale. Dispone di tre stanze, due bagni, e' piuttosto spaziosa, ha un bellissimo terrazzo con un bel tavolo molto comodo per pranzi e cene estive, ha una zona barbecue, un secondo terrazzino dove si puo prednere il sole ed ha ampio spazio per posteggiare anche due macchine.
Purtroppo la villa non e' tenuta molto bene. Oserei dire che i bagni sono in pessime condizioni (un asse e' rotta, un supporto per il soffione doccia cade dal muro, un gabinetto ha la pompa che non funziona e una doccia ha le porte quasi marcie). I letti sono molto scomodi. Credo che basterebbe installare delle doghe per migliorare il comfort. Senza doghe si ha sensazioni di spofondare. Se fosse tenuta meglio il voto sarebbe molto piu alto.
