Siisti, moderni ja hyvällä maulla sisustettu asunto keskeisellä paikalla.
Rappukäytävä remontissa. Asunnon äänieristys aika huono. Äänet rappukäytävästä ja liikenteen melu ulkoa kuuluivat asuntoon selvästi. Lähellä myös jätehuoltopiste, josta tuli yöaikaan meteliä. Ennakkomaksu ja tämän lisäksi erillinen deposit, joka tuli maksaa, olivat outoja. Samoin linkkien kautta pyyntö antaa passi- ja muut tiedot oudoksutti (lähinnä tietoturva näkökulmasta).

Locatie was top daar is alles mee gezegd.
Er was heel veel geluid, enkel glas leek alsof de auto’s over het balkon reden, geluid uit trappenhal was zeer hinderlijk. Deur kon niet op slot voelde niet veilig. Prijs-kwaliteit is niet in verhouding.
