Bardzo wygodnie podwójne łóżko. Spało się wspaniale. Lokalizacja jak za zimę była dobra, w pobliżu portugalska Biedronka - Pingo Dolce i niewielkie centrum handlowe. I od razu wyjazd na obwodnicę. Spacerkiem można dojść do portu i centrum. Przed klatką schodową parking, miejsce zawsze się znalazło.
Mieszkanie jest stare i zrobione pod wynajem w stylu minimum. Mało przytulne. Choć dotarłam 2 dni przed Wigilią, wewnątrz nie było nawet najmniejszej świątecznej dekoracji, a za powitanie służyły dwie paczki herbatników i dwa napoje. Na ścianach żadnych obrazów, salon w kolorze czerwonym nie zachęca do odpoczynku. Najtańsze zasłony, armatura w łazience do wymiany. Drzwi wejściowe nieuszczelnione, wiatr hula po całym mieszkaniu. Wynajęłam na 12 nocy. Kiedy po tygodniu poprosiłam o posprzątanie (nie było nawet odkurzacza), to dostałam odmowę, choć za sprzątanie pobierana jest opłata. Dostałam stary odkurzacz poklejony taśmą i słabo ciągnący. Brak zmywarki do naczyń to nie tylko marnotrawstwo wody, ale też niedomyte naczynia. Brak klimatyzacji. Latem nie wyobrażam sobie mieszkania tutaj, za gorąco a lokalizacja w samym centrum oznacza hałas. Zimę jest ciszej, bo zamyka się okna. Dużo much owocówek nawet zimą. Brak materiałów informacyjnych o atrakcjach São Miguel które powinny być w każdym lokum z symbolem AL.

Apartament molt ben equipat (menatge, productes de neteja, tovalloles de sobres, estenedor, escalfador de tovalloles, ...). Ens vam trobar un pack de benvinguda amb galetes, llet, cafè aigua,... tot un detall. Molt net i ampli, amb bones vistes.
Està en una zona molt tranquila, a 5 minuts caminant d'un gran supermercat i d'una benzinera. Aparcament al carrer sense problemes, tant davant del mateix de l'edifici com a la part de darrera on hi ha un poliesportiu.
Molt ben ubicat per visitar tota l'illa.
És un dels millors apartaments en els que hem estat.
La recollida i entrega de claus molt fàcil, en un caixeta al mateix edifici. La propietària ens responia els missatges molt ràpid.
L' apartament tot perfecte, res a dir. Només comentar que hi ha recollida selectiva d'escombraries, en dia paper, un altre dia envasos,... pel turista és molt poc pràctic, especialment en estades curtes i pel darrer dia.
