The friendliness and helpfulness of the manager.
The location was only satisfactory for my liking. From the information on the website, I believed it was closer into town. The bathroom facilities while adequate, were tired.

The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful. Any concern I had regarding a service or question she would address them. She should get a good compensation package for the multiple role she plays at the Guesthouse.
The only fault which is beyond management is the heat factor when you turn off the AC or the light goes out. I would suggest planting more trees to help with such issue. It must be noted that this was never a problem or negative review of the property.
