Khazali Mountain Camp

Great budget desert camp! Ali was super welcoming and helpful! His tour around the desert was great. The food was pretty good, and it was cool to see how they cook it in the ground. The room was super cosy and the beds were very comfy

There were some flies in the room The breakfast could use more options You had to pay for any extra water

This is a great desert camp. The tents are very clean, the yard is nicely landscaped and it has a great location on a plateau so you have a great view of the sunrise. Our shower had hot water, bed is comfortable and the tent is very spacious. There is a nice dining/meeting room, decorated in Bedouin style. Meals are excellent and plentiful, but coffee would have been nice to have. We did the full day tour with Sabo who was an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable about the desert and the Bedouin way of life and fun to spend time with. Their prices seem reasonable compared to others we looked at. Once you book, they will send all of the information regarding tours and prices, as well as pick up information. There are no hidden fees which is a nice change.

My only suggestion is that the truck bed have a cover to stay out of the strong sun.
