33rd Floor Apartment with exceptional views

Apartment was exceptional, well fitted kitchen, good bathroom and very spacious bedrooms with very comfy king-sized beds. Stunning views over city and as far as the Millennium Cross on the hillside. There is handy free parking all around. There is also a very cheap supermarket, restaurants, bar and coffee shop in the adjoining retail complex. Tony was an exceptional host and provided all assistance needed. It is worth noting that Skopje is a gem of a city and worth a walking tour. It has an interesting history and features many nice restaurants, both locally and in the city centre. A tour of Matka canyon is a must.

There were some minor issues that Tony quickly dealt with to our satisfaction. The accommodation is about a 10 minutes drive from the city centre so realistically a rental car would be needed.

Okay, but could be improved

Beautiful beautiful view and big apartment. Friendly owner, comfy beds.

Could be cleaner, especially bathroom floor and fridge. 1 roll of toilet paper is not enough for 4 ppl for 2 days and it would have been nice if some coffee was provided with the coffee maker. Also, the swimming pool/spa downstairs is a lot more expensive than the owner says/thinks. We paid over €40 for 4 people (2 kids, 2 adults). The area there was not clean: gum on the floor, hair everywhere etc. Not worth that much money.

The flat itself. It is situated in a modern high-rise building on the 33th floor. The view from the balcony is stunning. You could have slept on the floor it was so soft the carpet. Furnished with style facilities everywhere. There is a spa and fitness gym in the basement you can relax and work out.

The appartment and location are great but not enough maintained

The location was good and the guys at the reception was very very helpfull. They offer a good parking space even for ‘higher’ cars.

The fact that in my booking app the publicity is made around ‘spa’ and fitness but this is extra payment is a bit misleading. I hope the owner will change the description but she was only discussing that you can find it if you click through on facilities- You have to pay cash - bathroom light not working- broken wardrobe shelves- broken doorstop- dirt in the fridge- empty whisky bottle in the cupboard- broken garbage bin-..

We haven't found the parking space, be prepared for a ridiculous numbering of parking slots. Location is terrible and car-centric. Walking anywhere there is a nightmare. It's also far away from the city centre

We really liked the view, it was especially amazing at night. The people who rent out the property were extremely friendly; they went all out to meet our expectations and to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The balcony is a comfortable size as well as the kitchen and the two bedrooms. The apartment overall was very clean and inside the apartment there is literally nothing we can complain about. An other great thing is that you have a small shop as well as a pharmacy directly outside the building.

The spa facilities were unfortunately not too great and the help desk staff unfortunately only spoke Macedonian. Other than that everything was perfect.

The property is spacious, clean, modern and brand new. This is a luxury apartment located on the 33rd floor of a brand new building, in a new, residential part of town. The host was kind and helpful. This was an excellent stay and I would stay here again.
