About this house rental
Come relax in the warm Texas sun when you plan your next seaside escape to
this South Padre Island home. Recently refurbished and a prime location that
puts you just a stone's throw to the beach, you'll be able to relax in style
while you explore the local attractions.
Set on the sunny shores that hug the Gulf of Mexico, you won't have to go far
for fun.
Grab a brew and head out to either large covered patio to relax and enjoy the
ocean breeze.
When it's time to turn in, this three bedroom, three and a half bath space has
room for up to 6 guests to relax. In the Master Suite, you'll find a King size
bed with vaulted ceiling and flat screen TV. The second bedroom also boasts a
King size bed while the third room has two Twin size beds.
Hit the beach to dive into a day of catching some rays, or paddling out into
the sapphire blue waters on a rented SUP. Make a cocktail at the wet bar,
before you head out to dinner at one of the nearby restaurants.
Convention Center, Sea Turtle Rescue Center and City Eco Museum are all a
short distance. Wana Wana Beach Bar and Grill is walking distance down the
Beach.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Where do you begin? This place showcases a great view, great amenities and a perfect part of the island. The weekend getaway was perfect due to this rental. I could go on and on….

Property is outdated. It feels as if there is a lack of interest in the regular maintenance of the property. Several items need attention:
1. Downstairs bedroom sliding door doesn't lock, anyone can walk right in from the outside
2. There's a puddle of oil in the garage, our kid almost fell on his head if we didn't catch him in time .
3. Half bath door near kitchen doesn't lock.
4. Mattresses very springy, worse than motel 6 quality. One of the bed downstairs had cigarette burn and pillows had some yellow stain.
2. Check in process is a mystery, never got the email on lockbox code, had to text the property manager several times and call before I finally got a hold of them.
Overall the quality doesn't add up to the price. We probably will not stay here again.
