About this villa rental
Built in a magnificent location on the sea, the two villas overlook the picturesque landscape of Mochlos with the deep blue of the sea, the imposing rocks and the endless play of the Greek light to compose a spectacular, constantly changing colour palette.
Simple modern architecture and neutral earth tones create a tranquil interior perfectly suited to the environment while discreet luxury touches give a character of ultimate comfort and relaxation.
Each villa accommodates 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, a comfortable modern living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, while in the basement there is a well-equipped fitness area, a sauna/steam bath room, a central bathroom and an auxiliary room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities.
The living room dining room and kitchen are located on the ground floor in open layout. The living room has large comfortable sofas, flat satellite TV LG 55” and sound system with DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob and stove, refrigerator, wine cabinet, dishwasher, espresso & French coffee makers, small appliances and stylish cooking, dining and serving sets.
All rooms offer uninterrupted views to the garden, pool and sea.
The three bedrooms are located at different levels in the building, two above the ground floor and one at a lower level. Each bedroom has a double bed (King size), en-suite bathroom with shower, spacious wardrobe with safe, mini fridge, modern dressing table with mirror, and satellite TV LG32”.
The bedrooms located above the ground floor have large windows and individual sea-view terraces.
Indoor spaces have air conditioning (cooling / heating), outdoor security cameras, alarm system and Wi-Fi.
The lower ground level of each villa houses a beautiful environment for exercise and relaxation, with modern fitness machines (treadmill, bike and rowing machine), satellite TV LG 43”, sauna/steam bath room, a large bathroom and a service room with washer, tumble dryer, ironing facilities and storage areas.
The villas are surrounded by beautiful landscaped gardens planted with decorative plants, fruit bearing trees, flowers and Cretan aromatic herbs. Both outdoor areas feature comfortable sitting and dining facilities, private swimming pool with sun-loungers and outdoor shower. Die Yades Instyle Villa ist traumhaft schön gelegen und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen.

Sehr schönes Haus. Sehr netter Empfang. Mit Früchteteller, Getränken.
Direkt am Meer. Toller Outdoorgrill mit schöner Essgelegenheit. Schöner Pool. Sehr netter Hausdienst/Houskeeper.
Dörfchen 7 Gehminuten entfernt mit guten Restaurants. The Rock ist für Kaffee und Dessert zu empfehlen.
Kleiner Supermarkt im Dorf. Grosseinkauf muss (leider) im nächst grösserer Stadt erledigt werden (39 Min).
Villa schön modern eingerichtet. Fitnessraum toll. Teenager hatte Freude an Netflix:-).
Wir werden sicher wieder kommen!

La maison est neuve et magnifique. La vue est à couper le souffle et chaque matin est un régal pour les yeux.
Le petit village de Mochlos est très accueillant.
Seul petit bémol il faut faire 30 min de route pour trouver un grand supermarché mais il suffit de s'organiser et tout est nickel.
Merci beaucoup à Georges qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable en nous amenant presque chaque jour des légumes frais du jardin et qui a été d'une serviabilité incomparable.
