About this house rental
Superb 2-bedroom holiday home set opposite the waterfront of North Arm Cove. Available is the upper level of the home featuring a large deck with extensive water views of Port Stephens. Bottom level is storage only.
Many hours of fun can be spent here swimming, boating, paddling canoes or whatever makes you happy.
The lounge and dining room leads through to a casual sitting area and then out to the wonderful timber deck, which has comfortable outdoor furnishings, a BBQ and amazing panoramic views of North Arm Cove.
The main bedroom opens out onto the huge deck, which is the perfect place to sit and relax in the morning sun whilst taking in the breath-taking view. Bedroom 2 has a Trio bunk bed and one king single.
Ducted Aircon throughout inclusive of bedrooms for your comfort.
Important Points
-Downstairs area of the home is not available for guest use - upstairs area only.
-Access via the rear of the home.
-You must BYO fire wood and kindling.
-Property is supplied with rainwater and septic tanks only.
-Nearest shops is 15minutes away from the property (not walking distance).
-Linen Supplied, you need to bring your own toiletries etc.
-Strict no party or function policy.
-This is not a serviced apartment, you will need to bring your own food, amenities and toiletries etc.

The house is much more spacious than it looks online. It is very comfortable, including a large wrap-around balcony with lovely views on the water. The property is 1 hour drive from Nelson Bay so its quite far to travel if you have activities planned in that area but it's a very comfortable house, with laundry, 2 showers 2 bedrooms. The kitchen is well fitted and overall I would highly recommend it.

Great house, with a wide balcony and great views. Inside was very comfortable with everything you could need. Very secluded private area with beaches only a 30-minute drive away.
