Apartment located on garden level of single family home estate in quiet neighborhood, and located adjacent to beautiful Red Fox Natural Area. 1.5 MILES TO CSU CAMPUS!!

We are also washing ALL the bed linens including blankets and quilted covers and pillow shams after each and every visitor. We care about you!
GREAT BIKING - connect to the elaborate Fort Collins Biking Paths System. As the apartment is at garden level, the apartment stays cool during hot summer days if you run the evaporative cooler fan and keep the shades closed.

It was very hot! Everyone told me not having ac wouldn't be a problem in Colorado- unfortunately we took the Texas heat with us! The only room in the apartment that we had any relief from the heat was in the laundry room and the "livingroom" due to the overflow of air conditioning seeping in from cracks or vents adjoining the neighboring apartment. I was told to open the 2 exterior doors for good air flow but the screens were torn on both and mosquitos and spiders were an outside issue that i did not want to become an inside issue. The layout is very strange but that did not effect our stay whatsoever. I found it to be very odd that there is a door in the apartment that does not lock from the inside and the other side is to a single mans apartment- more importantly -- a strangers apartment... as a woman traveling with 2 kids this made me extremely uncomfortable...to say the least! I feel i should mention that the man in the apartment next door turned out to be a very kind man who did not bother us whatsoever. My favorite part about this place honestly is Trish... she was very sweet and accommodating when I needed to stay an extra day. If I found myself back in Fort Collins Id stay there again if it meant dealing with her (well and also if those screendoors were fixed )Aside from Trish, our favorite part about the apartment was the large tub with jets...we were in town for the Colorado Sparkler and my daughter was able to soak each evening after a long day of playing.
