Charming calm and cozy apartment of 30m2 located in the town of Mer, very close to the Château de Chambord (barely 10 minutes by car), for 3 people and 1 baby.
You will have all the necessary comfort in this newly renovated apartment: a private parking space, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a Zen atmosphere, a large screen for your TV evenings, a relaxation and reading corner and of course sure wi-fi and a machine for your morning coffee, all in a modern and neat decoration.
The town of Mer is ideally located at the exit of the A10 motorway and near the Loire castles and the Loire cycle route. You will find all the necessary amenities: next to the apartment: a small supermarket, a bank and restaurants; a post office 5 mins walk. A large shopping center and a famous fast-food store are 15 minutes by car.
The apartment consists of:
a designer kitchen with all the equipment you need to eat
a living room with convertible sofa for 2 people and a coffee table
the reading corner is composed of a convertible fireside chair for 1 person and its small side table to put your current book there
the bathroom has been completely renovated to bring you all the comfort in a Zen atmosphere
And for historians, the apartment contains an enigma, relating to François 1er ...
