About this apartment rental
A comfortable and charming apartment with panoramic views of the Var Valley and the sea. It is located 200 meters from the village of Gattières, in the hills of the Nice Riviera, 15 minutes from Nice Airport.
This is a fully self-contained apartment with private parking, a private terrace with panoramic views, and access to a private pool and petanque court.
It’s an excellent starting point for the BEACHES, visits to coastal towns (Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Vence, St. Paul de Vence, etc.) and the mountains—the Pre-Alps of the Mercantour National Park—and a relaxing evening back at the villa.
Close to all shops (Carrefour, Leclerc, Cap 3000, Polygone Riviera, etc.), the Nice Stadium, and the Nikaïa Concert Hall.
There are many restaurants and sports activities within walking distance (hiking, biking, mountain biking, rock climbing, canoeing, etc.).
This is a charming, modern-style apartment that is fully furnished with new amenities and comforts:
- AIR CONDITIONING in the bedroom and living room
- Free Wi-Fi and Internet TV, Netflix movies, music, and YouTube channels, etc.
- Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, oven and microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, etc.

- comfortable master bedroom with plenty of space, a large closet, a sitting area

- We provide extra sets of towels and sheets for stays longer than 7 days.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. Sheen is a great host and provided extensive information on the area prior to our arrival which made planning our day trips hassle free before we even arrived!. The surrounding area is stunning with beautiful villages dotted around just a bus ride away. Well worth visiting a few. The apartment itself is lovely. Kitchen is more than adequate and very modern and the place is finished to a lovely standard. The pool is just gorgeous not to mention the view which is quite breathtaking. Sheen couldn't do enough for us and really did make our stay all the more comfortable. We will most definitely re visit here. It has everything you wish for x

Beautiful object, furniture and interior very high quality, nothing damaged. Everything Superb and top. The Garden and the View until the sea ...amazing!
The Terrasse aß a second living room fantastic! And the swimming Pool very beautiful, big, clean...
Owner gave very much hospitality, a very warm welcome with eine tasting. And Had been very very helpful to ist as we had been sick with bad stomach . He brought us food + water. And He made Administration and Phone call and scheduling a Date with a laboratoire because of PCR Test, so that we could Lesbe France and arrive in Germany without sorrow or fest because of Corona.
We want to come back! And we recommend it!

Sheen hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheissen. Er hat uns viele Ausflugstipps gegeben und stand für Fragen stets zur Verfügung. Er gab sich grosse Mühe bei der Wegbeschreibung zum Appartment, sogar mit einer Videoaufnahme zum Parken, da dies etwas komplex ist. Das Appartment ist wunderschön, gemütlich, sehr sauber und mit Stil eingerichtet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Supermarkt und Restaurant gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und werden es bestimmt weiterempfehlen.

Wir waren im Sommer Vorort und waren begeistert vom Appartement.
Die Aussicht ist der Wahnsinn . Das Appartement ist super modern eingerichtet und der Pool war ganz besonders für meine Tochter der knaller.
Die Gastgeber sind super nett .
Immer wieder würden wir dort Urlaub machen
