About this farm stay rental
Air-conditioned cottage for 2 to 4 people, between the Céze and Hivernette rivers and at the start of the hiking trails, dogs accepted at no extra charge.
In an old barn on our family farm, we have set up a comfortable and totally independent cottage surrounded by 25 hectares of nature for a real interlude.
50m2, two bedrooms, a shaded terrace, a private parking, a petanque court and nature as your only neighbour.
Castagnère is a 4-star gîte which guarantees a level of comfort and equipment. It also benefits from the Esprit Parc National brand which promotes actors committed to the preservation of territories, biodiversity, the local economy and short circuits. Surrounded by meadows, woods and chestnut groves, it welcomes 2 to 4 people in a preserved environment, at the start of the hiking trails and near the Cèze and the Hivernette.

Conditions of stay
Duration: 7 nights minimum
Arrival: Saturday, between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
Departure: Saturday, between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.
Booking: up to 12 months in advance
July and August: arrival and departure on Saturdays
Outside July and August: possibility to adapt the days of arrival and departure, on request.
Security deposit / tourist tax
Deposit: 400 €
Tourist tax: not known to date for 2027, base 2026: €1.32 per adult per day.
Optional cleaning: €80 if you wish to entrust it to us.
What about your four-legged friend?
It is welcome, at no extra charge.
As the property is not fenced, it will simply have to remain under your supervision.

Wunderbarer Ort, einfach aber berührend schön. Um es in dem kleinen Haus und dem schmalen Bett gut zu haben muss man sich so lieben wie wir❣️Vermieter sehr freundlich, achtsam und angenehm❣️Wir hatten drei wunderschöne erholsame Wochen❣️

We have enjoyed the lovely nature in a beautiful renovated cottage. In the area around the cottage there are many hiking trails and charming villages to explore. The host couple were extremely welcoming and helpful.

Very calm place with lots of character - the perfect place to relax. Charming small old farm that has been renovated to good level of comfort. Great for a party of 2. Good options for hiking and biking in the area.

Idéalement située au coeur du Parc national des Cévennes, le mas Castagnère offre tout ce dont un randonneur a besoin après une journée de marche. maison agencée avec goût et salle de bains au top.Il faut quand même prévoir de faire son shopping pour plusieurs jours si on ne veut pas prendre la voiture trop souvent
