While it features a bedroom and bathroom on the 1st floor, interior stairs are required to access the bedroom and bathroom located on the 2nd floor - Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property- This property runs on a septic system- Outdoor fires are not allowed due to fire risk and county rules. The indoor wood-burning stove can be used, except when there are county burn bans and restrictions in the summer months due to extreme fire risks- Your safety matters. This property features 2 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is next to the front door facing the deck and side yard. Camera 2 is on the front facing the driveway and street. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion. They will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected

Nice quiet setting! Live the decorations both western and Christmas! Lots of games! Loved the snow that just added to the week to top it off!

We really enjoyed the space and being surrounded by nature. The hosts were thoughtful and left snow shovels and coffee which was very thoughtful and made it feel very homey. The bathtub in the upstairs bathroom was amazing! We would love to stay again sometime.

I was dissatisfied that the master bedroom’s toilet was dirty, the mattress was horrible, I could feel every spring and was hard to get out of. The carpet was dirty. All the chairs outside were dirty or had standing water on them. The DVD player had wires to connect to TV with different colors but no instructions on how they connected.
Overall it was ok, but being a host myself, I would make sure it was up to luxurious standards. For the price I wouldn’t rent it again.
