A very nice apartment with 3 rooms and kitchen with Auffenthaltsraum right on the water. The apartment is located in Königs Wusterhausen OT Neue Mühle about 20 minutes by car or train from Berlin city center. Relax on a boat tour on the Dahme waterway or explore the surrounding area by bike.

Lovely property right on the lake which was great for swimming. The property was spotless. Bedrooms were great as were bathrooms. Kitchen/living area is good but a little small for 6 adults. Host was lovely , welcoming, friendly and helpful-despite the language difference. Lots of supermarkets in the area but not many great places to eat out. We had a great time and would come back again. Easy to get to Berlin on the train.

Karl-Heinz was a great host, very welcoming and friendly despite us not speaking a common language. The apartment is well set-up, nice bedrooms and beds, a well-appointed kitchen and a beautiful garden with direct access to the lake and his boats, lovely outdoor seating areas and private, locked parking. We visited during exceptionally hot weather (record high T?) and would have appreciated more effective aircon, but this would not be a factor at any other time.
