About this villa rental
This modern villa with infinity private pool is ideal for recharging the batteries. The villa constructed in 2019 with all the luxury and conveniences to enjoy your holiday.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 of which have large double beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds for 2 children.
The 3 large bedrooms each have a separate bathroom.
On the ground floor there is a large open kitchen with all mod cons, along the dining table for 8 people. The living room has a large seat and a smart TV so that you can even watch your Netflix series here.
In the storage room are a washing machine and dryer available, as well as a guest WC. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a spacious dressing room and private bathroom.
The other 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are on the first floor. We also have a large sun terrace of 40 m² on this floor.
On the ground floor there is a large terrace with sun beds to enjoy the large inifinity swimming pool, and you can also have a nice dinner at the covered outdoor dining table in the afternoon or evening.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, heating, WiFi, kitchen appliances, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, smart TV, hairdryers.
The villa is located in Busot, a small, traditional mountain village with narrow streets and a population of 3,000. The center of the village is the charming little square with the beautiful old town hall, the parish church and some restaurants with terraces. In Busot you will also find a bakery, a butcher, a post office, a pharmacy and a health center.
Within 9 km you can reach the popular coastal town of El Campello, which offers excellent "blue flag" sandy beaches and restaurants. The beautiful Muchavista Beach of San Juan is just 10 km away.
You will find the Bonalba Golf Course at 7 km and Alicante Golf at 11 km.
The city of Alicante is 18 km away, be sure to visit the beautiful marina and immerse yourself in the local southern atmosphere and enjoy one of the more than 100 culinary restaurants of local tapas.
El Altet International Airport is easily reached via the A70 motorway, with a journey time of approximately 25 minutes.

The villa itself is beautiful. The veiw is stunning. The steep drive was a real problem as both our hire cars scraped underneath trying to reverse up. The sunbeds were very uncomfortable and in comparison to everything else in the villa, they were of cheap quality. There is nothing in walking distance. The nearest Shop does have everything you need, but again, a car is required . There are a few bars serving food in the village which is great if you don't mind driving to them. We loved our stay, but would not return, purely because of constantly needing to drive everywhere and then having to get the cars back on the very steep drive. Both hire cars were damaged.

The property was fantastic, it was a seamless process and we were greeted on time. The area isn’t really close to much but that was fine as we had a car. A lovely time was had by all

Brilliant Villa very clean and tidy with amazing views! Drive way is on a massive hill and not practical for every day use! Generally well equipped although kitchen doesn’t have an oven and kettle was not available (this was corrected by host).

La casa es espectacular y en una zona tranquila para pasar algunos días de desconexión. Tiene de todo para no tener que salir una vez que llenas el frigo , incluso barbacoa (se necesita carbón), pero está un poco descuidada. Por ejemplo, la piscina tenía el agua muy turbia y no me habían pasado el limpiafondos ya q nos encontramos 20€ en el fondo, la parte pequeña de la piscina estaba asquerosa porque el agua no rebosaba y no depuraba. En cuanto limpieza: bien , wc limpios, no obstante, en algunos rincones había algunas telas de araña... las almohadas son muy pequeñas y para nosotros, incómodas. No hay utensilios de limpieza (cepillo de barrer o mocho), si para fregar los platos. El lavavajillas no funcionaba y el wifi tampoco. Se puede pasar sin ambas cosas pero se deberían arreglar.
A pesar de esto, estuvimos muy a gusto!!
