The room was really nice - very clean, very well maintained, comfortable and just pleasant to look at. It had everything that I need. It also had a tall ceiling, so it feels much bigger than I expected. The hotel has a system to get your room key, even if you arrive late, which I appreciate.

I didn't like that the hotel didn't want to explain what the check-in procedure is, until the last moment. This is not something I want, when I have to take long flights and I have limited time. The check-in procedure requires you to get the key from a locked box using a code, which is fine, but they told me about it at 15:46 on the day of my arrival, and I had to ask several times. They probably didn't want to give the code until check-in time, but they could have explained the procedure before hand and give the code later. It's just not good communication overall. Also, the fridge is too loud and the shower cabin is not comfortable to use, because there's no place where to put anything, and top shower turns on automatically, making your hair wet, even if don't want to wash your hair. The breakfast is very limited - it's basically just scrambled eggs and sausages, and the scrambled eggs were overcooked.
