Great apartment

View from balcony was very poor looking out over grubby garages and blocks of flats. I had requested a sea view. Handle on the outside of balcony door was disgusting and covered in a very thick layers of what seems to be dried on bird poo. Apartment was incredibly well equipped. Key safe is In a location that is really inaccessible in bad weather or for elderly /disabled people and really needs to be relocated. Communication was by email and was excellent.

Of flat but bad customer service

Flat fine. Convenient location

Abysmal customer service and communication from managing company Sykes Cottages. Received a ton of messages with mostly duplicate content but no one was answering (even acknowledging) my messages. After a lot of effort and wait, I managed to get through to an agent to get some information. Good luck if you need help or run into problems.
