Spacious with great views.

The location was superb. It was spacious and allowed my family of seven to spread out. The views were spectacular. The included parking was able to accommodate our full size van.

One of the elevators was down… it happens. The washer was mildewed. The air conditioner hose was not properly attached to the window.

Location was great!

Location!! that is the best thing about the condo. everything is walking distance and the food selection in the area was perfect! I liked that the bedroom and living room had a TV so we could treat it as 2 separate spaces. I like that the person who let us in actually contacted us earlier than check in time and then let us in because we were already there.

The condo itself is so sparsely furnished that there isn't anywhere to sit in the bedroom and the living room furniture is impractical. The condo was not spotless (dried brown stuff on sink bowl and bathroom floor) and the owners cabinet was left open. worst part was the foam mattress. Not everyone loves these - especially folks with bad backs or overweight. Getting in and out of bed was a chore. ALSO the ad made it seem like we would definitely have a view of the sound and we did not.

Overall beautiful place in the best location. Just needs a good deep clean and the clutter removed.

The property was in an amazing location with beautiful sights. It was quiet no running in the halls. The pool was well maintained. The apartment had beautiful windows and decorated well for the most part the kitchen came with everything needed.

The cleaning was sub par. Looked like it was quickly swept. Windows were dirty especially the window seals looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a very very large amount of time. Things that had been previously broken in the apartment are just thrown into the closets. Racks ,coffee pots, pictures,random household items. The extra sheets for the pullout couch looked like they had been used and not cleaned there was hair on them. The futton which is listed as a place to sleep was broken and not sleepable. Oddly the upstairs room had a tv but only a queen bed. The downstairs had a king bed but no tv. The walls and baseboards were pretty dirty through the entire home.

Cute, quiet and in a great location with an easy to work with vacational home company.

Very cute color designs and the building was pretty quiet during our stay we didnt have any issues with loud guests or residents. Location was super close to so many big destinations and amazing restaurants, super close to the space needle and pike place market. Very secure location and super helpful staff. Great for the price and the master bed and pull out bed were super comfortable too!

There were no fitted sheets for the pull out bed, quite a few missing pieces from the blinds in the living room, check out is pretty early at 10 am and there isnt just a drop box to leave the keys and the parking pass so if your up on the top floors you have to pull your car out, park in the alley or somewhere and run back up and leave both in the unit before leaving thru the lobby none of this is big enough to decide not to stay here tho i will definitely try to stay again if we come visit

Disaster Strikes

Nothing. They cancelled my booking mysteriously 15 minutes before check in for 'maintenance issues'. I'm sure the Beyoncé concert that night was unrelated.... I had been waiting for 'early check in' and in contact with my 3rd party contracted greeter for hours.

I had been waiting for 'early check in' and in contact with my 3rd party contracted greeter for hours. My family and I spent 3 hours trying to find alternative lodging. Offerings from Vacasa as replacements were insufficient. I found one on Bainbridge Island ($108 ferry ride for our 2 cars instead of 4 block walk from our cruise ship pier) myself. Thank god for cell phones. I will never rent from Vacasa again, even though they did compensate me 1 nights rent (not fees, not ferry) and $20 pp dinner for my 'trouble'. Incredible stressful situation. Booking.com should not have these listings.

Would better if you could provide the parking pass for the parking spot included in the reservation

The amenities were wonderful. Pool, sauna, and gym.

The reservation included a parking spot, but I was not given a parking pass and I got a parking ticket for 275 USD for the first night. I called VASCAs and they informed me to park off the premise - THIS IS SEATTLE DOWNTOWN- I reserved this place because of the parking spot that came in the reservation. I was stressed out the entire 2 weeks as the parking attendant told me that I should expect a ticket every night because I needed a parking pass. In the end, I didn't have to pay it, but after countless phone calls to the property and VASCAs - the stress from these parking tickets ruined my relaxation.

Disappointing

We have stayed at Belltown Court on numerous occasions. Like the area/location. We park our car and walk everywhere.

Not at all impressed with renting through Vacasa Rental Agency. They blew up my email with numerous requests, leaving us unsure we had a confirmed reservation until arrival! We usually use Seattle Iasis Vacation Rentals and will continue to do so in the future.

Manque de ponctualité de la personne chargée de remettre les clés. 30mn de retard à attendre dans la rue sans possibilité d'entrer dans cet immeuble très sécurisé. Nous devions rendre notre véhicule de location avant 17h, pour cause de fermeture de l'agence. La personne chargée de remettre les clés n'a pas voulu faire l'effort de nous réceptionner un peu plus tôt que 16h et s'est même payé le luxe d'arriver en retard.
