Enjoy Yankton Trail Park and Tomar Parks home to Jazzfest, Nike Cross Country Regionals, National Soccer Tournaments, tennis courts, soccer fields, basketball, bike trails, Sioux River and more. 10 mins from Sioux Empire Mall, Heart Hospital, Vance Thompson Vision, Sanford Hospital, Avera Hospital, Augustana Univ, U of Sioux Falls, Sioux Falls Area High Schools.
Great access to parks, bike trails, Sioux River, Jazzfest, events, and major roads but still in a quiet safe residential neighborhood.
Guest will have access to the entire apartment in addition to the common area amenities shared in apartment building including onsite laundry room.
Guest will primarily interact with owner via text, messaging, or calls. Onsite manager is available if necessary to answer any additional questions.

Everything was fine. Apartment was very clean and neat. Area was quiet. Great place to stay to get around town. We had minor problems with entry thru the front door(we're old folks and not use to code entry system), Also had problems finding live tv. Steve was very nice and gave us a thorough walk thru on arrival.

This is an excellent apartment located in a great neighborhood. Just a few blocks from Tomar and Yankton Trails Park as well as the Sioux Falls bike path along the Big Sioux River. The apartment is wonderfully furnished and extremely clean. It was great to have a full kitchen and bathroom for your own personal use. The apartment featured your own garage for parking and is totally secure. The windows look out over an open area where many times you could see deer and other wildlife moving along the small stream in the morning and evenings. The apartment is only a couple of minutes from I229 and less than five miles from the Sioux Falls Mall and airport. I would highly recommend this apartment to family and friends staying in the Sioux Falls area. Will definitely stay again. TW
