Located conviently 1 block off Hwy 66 in Sevierville with EASY access! This home offers RIVER FRONT property! Contempory 3 bedroom 2 bath home is only 5 miles off I-40 but minutes to the action of the Smoky Mountain, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg & the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Less than 2 miles to Sevierville Golf Club & Sevierville Convention Center! Easy drive to Knoxville & all the entertainment options it has to offer! Watch the eagle fly over the river! Duck & geese occasionally float by! This is a family oriented overnight rental & we welcome everyone to this oversized cozy home away from home! TV in each bedroom. Location was great and the house was a nice size that accommodated our group nicely. It would have been nice to have access to some simple cleaning supplies like dish and hand soap for the kitchen, a sponge, all purpose cleaner for the countertop and laundry detergent. We enjoyed spending some time in the sun in the yard but some of the yard chairs are broken and need to be replaced.

This was a great place to stay for our vacation. House was very clean and easy to get to. Had enough room for the 5 us to stay and the WIFI worked great for our two teenage sons. Photos of the property were true to the state of the property. The only thing I noticed was the furniture could have used dusting in the living room. Other than that I felt it was a very nice property for the price and location. Very easy to find and close to main attractions.

We attended the UT vs Kentucky game on Saturday night. We arrived on Friday and played golf at the Sevierville Golf Club. This location was perfect. The size of the house was perfect. However, if you’re a stickler for cleanliness, this may not be for you.

This house is very spacious, with plenty of room for our family of five. Not on the main strip, but right off of one of the main roads, but not noisy at all. However, it could use a good deep cleaning, especially the carpet in the master bedroom and underneath the sectional needs to be swept out as there was candy and wrappers present on our arrival. It was a decent house for the price and our needs.

The house needs a deep clean. Some of the blinds need to be replaced.The oven was dirty, (we warmed up food twice and the smoke alarm went off), the freezer had ice at on the sides and at the bottom. We cleaned as much out as possible. There were dead bugs on the window ledges. The floor in the showers are black. The property owner was nice. He brought batteries for the remote in the den. The remote for the fireplace needs batteries also. It is located in a beautiful area and was just minutes to the convention center where the girls played. It is also very close to restaurants, shops etc.

The house is nice and in a good location but I'm not sure how it has received so many 5 star reviews. First off, the house needs a deep cleaning. The bathtubs were a little rough and had some discoloration. The blinds and windows sills were dirty as well as the corners of the floors. Secondly, the house is in a good location but you can hear the traffic from the highway while inside. Lastly, there were not any items provided that went beyond what is required. You should bring your own coffee, napkins, laundry detergent and even spoons (we only had 2) if you desire those items. The required items were of low quality (bath towels and toilet paper). The river out back is very pretty. The host also had a Christmas tree up which was a great touch. The house is nice but just needs to be thoroughly cleaned. It provided a place to sleep but I would probably look elsewhere the next time.

Three of us, all senior ladies, stayed for four nights in this delightful, homey, comfortable home. The home was clean and spacious, with a great view of the river out the back windows. The host was great about communicating and anticipating the questions I had, answering them before I asked. I will seriously consider another stay at this delightful home.

Our daughter played in K2 summer blast tournament and this location was less than 5 minutes away. So much better than a hotel. The kitchen is great size. The den has lots of seating. Wifi is great. Laundry available for jerseys and knee pads..ugh. Owner communicates timely and very gracious. We would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect house for a family of four. We had three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in a great location. It is located just a block from the main strip, but far enough away to feel private. Great view of the river and mountains. We would definitely book here again if we came back to the area!

This home worked perfectly for the entire family! Location was close enough to all activities but far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet away from all the crowds! The home seemed larger than it looked in the pictures, which was a very nice surprise! We enjoyed all the wildlife and birds near the stream! We can't wait to visit again soon!

Missy’s houses are top-notch and provide us the best possible service with the best reception we have had in many years.
