Golf and tennis for a fee just a short distance away at St. James Bay. This home has all the amenities you need to enjoy all that beach life has to offer including the kayak and canoe!
Only 1 hour from Tallahassee and Tallahassee International Airport you will find this beautiful home. The home was built with an open floor plan. The bedrooms and bathrooms are on either side of the living space and kitchen. It offers a Master Suite with a king-size bed and bathroom with shower on one side of the house. It also offers a queen-size bed in the second bayfront room and a third bedroom with two single beds with a full bathroom between the 2 bedrooms. The living room also has a sofa sleeper as another option for the total of 6 guest to sleep. We provide for your convenience an enclosed outdoor shower to wash the sandy beach days away.

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the home’s proximity to everything. Beautiful backyard water views. So nice of the hosts to have so many extras! Definitely went over and above our expectations.

Barb and Ken’s place at AP is a dream! Great views , perfect location, and great amenities at the home. The house itself was immaculate and soooooo many extra touches that made our short stay easier.
Communication was a breeze and all of the information provided was super helpful with ideas of things to do and places to eat.
We will definitely be back!
