"Fray Doménico": Our most spacious apartment, with a floor space of approximately 64 m2, offers for up to 4 people a comfortable, spacious living-dining area, 2 bedrooms each with two beds (one double bed and two single beds), one complete equipped kitchen for self-catering and a shower room. To this apartment belongs a nice balcony (about 8.5 m2), which looks out onto the quiet patio.
The kitchen is generously equipped and suitable for self-catering. Hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available. We have provided dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils for you.

Equipment and Facilities: All apartments have 2 bedrooms, a living-dining area, a bathroom and a separate kitchen. Only in duplex "Fray Ambrosio" is the kitchen integrated into the living-dining area.
The kitchens are generously equipped and suitable for self-catering. You have a stove, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle and blender available. We have provided dishes, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils for you in sufficient quantities.
All bedrooms are equipped with a built-in wardrobe.
Cots are available on request.
The bathrooms are equipped with shower, toilet, sink, storage, cosmetic mirror and hair dryer.
The living-dining area is furnished with sofa, armchairs, side table and reading lamp. There is also a dining table with at least 4 chairs.
A modern TV and internet access (WLAN) are available in each apartment free of charge.
Services: In the Casa Atlántica we offer individual living with unobtrusive service. Furnished in a modern, comfortable, Andalusian-inspired style, our apartments are comfortably furnished and can accommodate 2 to 6 people. Both the weekly change of bed linen and towels and the final cleaning on departure are included.

Energy costs: In order to promote environmentally conscious and reasonable energy consumption and to support frugal tenants, we have agreed on the following regulation for the energy costs: The rental price includes the costs for water, waste disposal and the electricity charges; Electricity consumption is charged at 25 cents / kWh. Each apartment has its own official counter.
Deposit: On the day of arrival you must pay a deposit i. H. v. € 100.00 in cash, the refund, less any damage or loss, will be made on the day of departure, also in cash.
For bookings of less than 7 nights, we charge a one-off surcharge i. H. V. 60,00 €, payable on the day of arrival.
