About this house rental
The pleasant holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of the holiday resort Colònia de Sant Pere, which is located by the sea and is still a little known, and is ideal for couples, but also for small families with children. Here you can enjoy your vacation in peace as there are no major hotels apart from mass tourism. You can quickly walk to the restaurants and small supermarkets. There is also a pharmacy, a small fishing and yacht harbor and a bank in this romantic former fishing and farming town.
The house was completely renovated in 2019, very lovingly furnished and mostly also newly furnished. The new kitchen is neatly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood and large fridge. With various newly purchased small electrical appliances, cookware and kitchen utensils, every need was thought of in order to be able to pamper yourself with culinary delights on holiday.
The base of the bathroom has been optimally designed with a 90 x 90 cm shower, toilet and sink and equipped with high quality fittings. In winter, the bathroom can be comfortably heated with the help of a towel radiator.
Both in the two bedrooms as well as in the living-dining area there is air conditioning for pleasant cooling in summer and cozy warming in winter. The cool breeze generated by the 3 fans in the bedrooms and in the living room is also very pleasant.
On request we can of course also provide you with a travel cot and high chair.
As a precaution, security is not neglected either. There are several smoke detectors and 2 fire extinguishers in the house.
The detached single-family house is almost completely surrounded by terraces of any size, so that depending on the season you can find the ideal place for the 4 sun loungers. A large hammock invites you to relax. There is also enough space for the little guests to eat. B. Can play ball and the slightly larger guests z. B. Badminton.

IMPORTANT:
1. We have decided that bed linen and towels are included in the price. Final cleaning is charged at 120,-€ and paid in cash on arrival at the property. Electricity consumption is charged at 0,35 €/kWh and paid in cash at the end of the trip.
2. A tourist tax (a kind of tourist tax) is levied on the Balearic Islands. This is mandatory for people aged 16 and over and depends on the season and length of vacation. It is a maximum of € 2.20 per day and holidaymaker.
3. If you are planning a longer holiday in Mallorca in the winter half year, please contact me. We can certainly find a cheap option.

We spent a great week in the superbly appointed chalet/villa during the end of year and new year period of 2023/24. The house is located in a very tranquil part of Urbanización Mont Ferrutx. The well stocked village shop in Colònia de Sant Pere is within walking distance. To keep it brief, what you see in the photos is exactly what you get — the light, the views, the generous outdoor area, furnishings etc. While there is no underfloor or radiator heating, with exception of the bathroom, the split aircon units work perfectly to deliver 21 degrees centigrade in the living and dining area as well as both bedrooms making the property suitable for winter bookings. The owner very kindly greeted us on the premises and also said farewell the night before we left. All in all, a perfect retreat for those who seek peace and quiet in a beautiful, non-touristy part of the island.

The house was just as described very tastefully fitted out and in a very quiet neighbourhood.
It was a two minute walk to the beach shops and restaurants., it is a very quiet and friendly village.

Très bon emplacement pour cette petite maison d’une propreté impeccable , et située au calme à 5 mn à peine du village de Colonia.
La lumière de juin et la tranquillité des lieux nous fait oublier cette crise sanitaire que nous traversons.
Séjour hélas trop court pour s’imprégner pleinement de tous les coins secrets de Majorque, mais excellente base arrière loin de la foule et de l’urbanisme de certaines côtes.
-Idéal pour une jeune famille avec enfants en bas âge .
Un grand merci à Andreas, le propriétaire, pour mettre en location sa maison où rien ne manque et où tout est aménagé avec simplicité et goût, le tout , je le souligne une fois de plus, dans un état de propreté remarquable, ce qui reste assez rare , de nos jours.!
Bref..! Séjour parfait pour nous.
