Beautiful large studio condo just steps away from the beach in a small hey condo complex with an in-house bar and restaurant with room service also available weekly cleaning, satellite TV, free WiFi, heated pool, bq, in the town of Bucerias
This is a very walkable town with a major grocery store just block up street Along with ATMs local bank the pharmacy and the 24 hour store there are so many restaurants and stores and lots of nite life of Wide variety of taste This allows you not have to have a car
Beaches Are great for long walks and very nice We have discounted rates for weekly monthly

Relaxing. Great ambiance with a little bar and cafe good for meeting new friends. Easy walk to beach with a variety of beach supplies to use. Friendly staff and fully equipped kitchen. Quiet and secure.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa, its location is ideal, close to the beach, taxi and grocery store! They could use more comfortable beds, a little to firm for me. Loved the pool area and the quiet atmosphere.

Traditional Mexican style 8 suite complex tucked away but close to everything! Complex is over 20 years old. It has been kept up nicely. Staff including the owners of the little restaurant/bar on site are wonderful, the food is delicious, the sitting area and pool is really lovely. This is not a five star fancy resort. It is a small little complex that is safe, homey, and just a lovely little spot to unwind and wander to the beach, fabulous shopping and restaurants that are all walking distance and relax on loungers and read a book. Highly recommend if you want peace and quiet in a tranquil setting but near to all the things Bucerías has to offer!
